The team was required to come up with a new series to helm the second half of the year. The current state of the world left us with a variety of critical topics to cover, eventually, the team settled on the most pervasive global issue: (High) Inflation.
GENESIS
IDEATION
The concept of increasing prices of goods and services do not elude the public. However, this round of inflation could be termed as the “perfect storm” of factors that left virtually every country struggling to temper the effects of soaring prices. As macro economic conditions were worsening, it was only a matter of time before the trickle down effect started to impact local businesses and the common man.
The series would need an explainer and profiles to cover the scope and magnitude of this phenomenon
